Profil pelajar Pancasila dirancang untuk menjawab satu pertanyaan besar, yakni peserta didik dengan profil (kompetensi) seperti apa yang ingin dihasilkan oleh sistem pendidikan Indonesia?. Demikian sebut salah seorang dosen PPS Umuslim Dr Alfi Syahrin, M.Pd dalam acara pelatihan Penguatan Proyek Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) terhadap Konteks Nilai-nilai Budaya Tradisional Aceh di Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Peusangan Bireuen yang berlangsung di Kampus FKIP Universitas Almuslim pada Rabu (21/12/2022) lalu.
Proyek P5 yang telah dikonsepkan dan digalakkan kementerian pendidikan dan kebudayaan saat ini, sudah harus diimplementasikan pada sekolah penggerak, dan oleh guru penggerak, lanjut Alfi.
Karena, di dalam konteks tersebut, profil pelajar Pancasila memiliki rumusan kompetensi yang melengkapi
fokus di dalam pencapaian Standar Kompetensi lulusan di setiap jenjang satuan pendidikan. Dalam terapannya, kita di sekolah, bisa membuat proyek dengan tema Budaya Tradisional Aceh.
Karena, sebut Dr Alfi yang saat ini juga sebagai Pj Kepala LPPM Umuslim, budaya Aceh memang unik tetapi universal. Dan dalam bidang pendidikan, dari dulu budaya di Aceh ini sudah memberikan kontribusi yang efektif terhadap strategi pembelajaran khususnya kepada guru sekolah dasar. Karena budaya tradisional Aceh memiliki nilai-nilai pendidikan islam, pungkasnya.
Kegiatan pengabdian ini dengan target, antara lain, dapat dikembangkan nilai budaya Aceh di Sekolah dasar sebagai bagian dari membentuk karakter guru dan peserta didik. Juga bagaiamana penerapan penguatan profil pemuda pelajar pancasila di tingkat sekolah dasar, tutup pengabdi ini. (Win).
