Menghadirkan Guru Besar UPI Bandung, Prof Udin Syaefuddin Sa’ud MEd PhD dan Dr Diding Nurdin MPd
News.ppsumuslim – (Bireuen, 21/05/2023). Program Studi Magister Administrasi Pendidikan (AP) Pascasarjana Universitas Almuslim (Umuslim), Jum’at lalu (19/05/2023) sukses menggelar acara “Kuliah Umum” dengan menghadirkan Guru Besar bidang Administrasi Pendidikan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) Bandung.
Acara berlangsung di Aula Creatif Center Gedung M.A. Jangka Kampus Induk Umuslim, dihadiri ratusan peserta dari mahsiswa magister AP sendiri dan mahasiswa di lingkungan FKIP Umuslim serta pimpinan dan dosen pascasarjana kampus tersebut, sebut Ketua Prodi Magister AP PPs Umuslim, Dr. Iis Marsithah, M.Pd.
Kegiatan ini juga diliput oleh beberapa awak media, seperti Yusmandin (Serambinews.com), Win_Manan (acehcc.com), Zulkifli (Juangnews.com), Akhyar (HU Rakyat Aceh).
Iis Marsithah menyatakan, sengaja kami adakan kegiatan ini dengan tujuan sebagai upaya mempercepat dan mensukseskan program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) serta menambah pengetahuan dan wawasan keilmuan bagi mahasiswa khususnya mahasiswa program magister dalam menyusun perencanaan strategik yang baik, jelas Dr Iis Marsithah.
Rektor Umuslim Dr Marwan MPd berharap kehadiran guru besar UPI Bandung, secara live dihadapan mahasiswa Paacasarjana AP dan para dosen, yakni masing-masing Prof. Udin Syaefuddin Sa’ud, M.Ed, Ph.D dan Dr. Diding Nurdin, M.Pd, ini dapat membuka wawasan dan pengalaman UPI Bandung dalam mengimplimentasikan program MBKM di kampus Umuslim, yang selama telah mulai digerakkan dalam 2 (dua) tahun terakhir ini, jelas Rektor.
Khusus kepada para mahasiswa yang sedang kuliah pada Magister Administrasi Pendidikan PPs Umuslim, Rektor berharap, semoga kehadiran guru besar UPI Bandung ini dapat memberi semangat baru dan gigih mengkaji keilmuan dan penerapan administrasi Pendidikan.
Apalagi saat ini, ujar Dr Marwan, perkembangan pendidikan telah berlaku secara global, maka di samping dibutuhkan pendidik profesional dalam mengajar, juga dibutuhkan kemampuan dalam merencanakan strategi-strategi jitu dengan ilmu adminisrasi Pendidikan yang diperoleh, sehingga mampu menghasilkan proses pembelajaran dan pengembangan sekolah yang bermutu dan efeksti, pungkasnya.
Hal ini juga ditekankan oleh nara sumber, Prof Udin Syaefuddin dan Dr Diding Nurdin. “Saya kira, saatnya para mahasiswa agar memiliki kemampuan untuk merencanakan high strategy dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan pendidikan yang berbasis kurikulum merdeka”. Karena ini tuntutan jaman, ujar Prof Udin Syaefuddin yang juga ikut membina pengajaran pada Magister Adm Pendidikan Umuslim@ (Wk).
