PPs Umuslim gelar Raker: “Mantapkan Visi dan IKU”

Pimpinan dan jajaran Pascasarjana Universitas Almuslim (PPs Umuslim) menyelenggarakan rapat kerja perdana, di tahun 2024 sekaligus program kerja pertama Direktur baru PPs Umuslim dibawah kepemimpinan Dr Najmuddin, M.A.    Raker internal bertajuk evaluasi kerja Pascasarjana tahun 2023 dan rencana kerja 2024 ini berlangsung di meeting room Wisma Ilda Umuslim, Kamis (01/02/2024).

Raker di ikuti pimpinan, dosen dan staf pascasarjana kampus tersebut, demikian informasi dari Wakil Direktur I Bidang Akademik, Dr Saiful Bahri, M.Pd.

“Ya, rapat kerja lengkap hari ini kita lakukan dalam rangka menyatukan visi dan optimalisasi pencapaian indikator kinerja utama (IKU) dalam membangun akademik atmosfer di lingkungan PPs yang sehat, transfaran, akademis dan akuntable”, ujar dosen pada Magister Administrasi Pendidikan PPS Umuslin ini.

Hal ini, lanjut Saiful, meneruskan amanah Rektor Umuslim, bapak Dr. Marwan M.Pd, yang telah mencanangkan Tahun 2024 ini sebagai “Tahun Akreditasi” bagi Universitas Almuslim. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dalam rapat kerja program pascasarjana tahun ini, diharapkan melahirkan program-program yang wajib dikerjakan baik dalam membenahi administrasi dan peningkatan kualitas kerja yang berorientasi kinerja.  Secara khusus diarahkan dalam  pencapaian mutu institusi dengan perolehan akreditasi program studi yang optimal, pungkas Saiful Bahri

Raker sehari penuh yang langsung dipimpin oleh Direktur PPs, Dr. Najmuddin, MA, tampak dihadiri Wakil Direktur II Bidang Adm Keuangan dan Kerjasama, Dr. Dra, Cut Khairani, M.Si. Di deretan program studi terdapat Ketua Prodi S2 PSL, Dr. ret nat, Ernawita, M.Sc, Ka. Prodi S2 PIPS, Dr. Rahmi Novalita, M.Pd. Ka. Prodi S2 Dikdas, Dr. Yulia Santi, M.Pd dan Dr. Siraj, yang menjabat Sekretaris Prodi S2 Administrasi Pendidikan serta para Dosen dan staf akademik di jajaran PPS Umuslim.

Direktur PPs, menegaskan bahwa beberapa prinsip dan nilai yang harus senantiasa dipegang teguh oleh segenap sivitas akademika di lingkungan PPs Umuslim, sebagaimana pesan yang terus di sampaikan Rektor, sebut Najmuddin yakni “tetaplah berpegang teguh pada prinsip keihklasan dalam bekerja, berkomitmen sungguh-sungguh untuk mencapai tujuan yang akan direncanakan nantinya, dan senantiasa selalu bersinergi dan berkolaborasi dengan semua stakeholder diikuti semangat dan etos kerja tinggi”.

Nilai dan prinsip itu, katanya, akan membawa PPs Umuslim nantinya untuk menuju keunggulan, khususnya dimasing masing Program Studi.  Oleh karenanya perlu disepakati dan dipahami untuk terus dibuat kebijakan kerja, baik dari aspek metode evaluasi akan apa yang telah dilakukan, dan apa yang akan dilakukannya kedepannya. Kita pastikan, dengan selalu menekankan target. Sehingga semua program diarahkan untuk mencapai Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) dan Indikator Kinerja Tambahan (IKT).

PPs Umuslim yang berdiri tahun 2021 lalu, kini memiliki empat program studi magister. Yakni Magister Pengellolaan SDA dan Lingkungan bergelar M.Ling memiliki 47 mahasiswa, juga telah memiliki 16 alumni.  Lalu kedua magister Pendidikan IPS memiliki 72 mahasiswa dan diantaranya sudah selesai sejumlah 10 orang.  Magister Administrasi Pendidikan bergelar M.Pd, merupakan ptodi yang saat ini pavorit dengan jumlah 286 mahasiswa, telah meluluskan 20 alumni.  Terakhir, prodi yang baru lahir adalah magister Pendidikan dasar (M.Pd), saat ini mulai dapat menerima mahasiswa baru.@Win
